Return & Exchange Policy
All goods purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
There will be no refund if the delivery is successful and items received are in good condition.
There are exceptional situations where only replacements are granted: Any item that is damaged or defect parts for reasons due to our error by iBuy.
These items must be returned to iBuy within 7 days after delivery.
Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer.
To complete your return, we would require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you upon the received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
If your return is approved, your replacement will be processed, and the replaced item will be shipped to you within 14 days.
The costs to send the faulty item back to us shall be borne by you.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If the refund is not deposited in your account after receive notification from our customer care, first double check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially deposited.

Only regular priced items may receive refund upon the conditions are fulfilled, while for sales items are not subjected for refund policy .
